This website, valoanguy.us, is operated by Jason Wood, Mortgage Loan Originator, NMLS #317293. Jason originates residential mortgage loans through two separately licensed mortgage companies — Aspire Mortgage Advisors, LLC (NMLS #2617555) and Patriot Pacific Financial Corp. (NMLS #1921615). Which company handles your loan is determined by the state your property is located in. See the Licensing page for the full disclosure.
Once you begin a loan application, the sponsoring mortgage company's own privacy notice also applies to the information you provide to them. This policy covers the information you give us through this website.
What we collect
If you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you enter — typically your first and last name, email address, and phone number. If you book a call, the scheduling provider collects the information you enter to make the appointment.
We do not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, income, or account numbers anywhere on this website. Those are only collected inside the secure loan application system operated by the sponsoring mortgage company, under that company's privacy notice.
How we use it
To respond to you. We use your contact information to reply to your question, send the guide or resource you requested, schedule a call, and follow up about your home financing goals.
If you checked the consent box on a form, you agreed to receive calls and text messages from us at the number you provided, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of obtaining financing. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask to be removed from calls by telling us on any call or by emailing the address below.
Who we share it with
We share your information with the sponsoring mortgage company handling your loan, and with service providers who operate this site and our customer records on our behalf — for example our website host and our customer relationship management system. Those providers may only use the information to perform services for us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, subpoena, or a lawful request from a government or regulatory authority, including mortgage regulators.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies that are necessary for the site to function. If we add website analytics, it will be used to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate — which pages are read, how people arrive — and this policy will be updated to say so before that happens. Most browsers let you refuse cookies in their settings.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and consent records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to licensed mortgage originators, which in some cases is several years.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to be contacted. Depending on where you live, including if you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, and we will honor them.
Note that if you have an active loan application, records tied to that application may need to be retained even if you ask us to stop contacting you.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not email sensitive documents. Use the secure application system instead.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
